This project presents an improvement of education based on the practicum, an
internship in a high-school. During this time, I observed how pronunciation is
taught and the students’ pronunciation. Hence, during the observation period I
realised that it was necessary to improve students’ most common mistakes with
pronunciation. Therefore, this paper focuses on teaching the pronunciation of –
ed endings. The study was conducted with students of 1st of Bachillerato at Mater
Dei school. The main objectives were to persuade them of the importance of
pronunciation in a globalised world as well as to improve their pronunciation of –
ed endings. The results shown in this research prove that through different sort
of activities, most of the students improved their pronunciation of –ed endings. [-]
