Herramientas motivacionales aplicadas a la historia

Abstract

La inspiración de este trabajo viene provocada por la ausencia de motivación que vi en el alumnado durante mi periodo de prácticas. Por este motivo, he redactado 14 metodologías motivacionales, en este caso aplicadas a la historia pero se pueden utilizar en otras materias, muy diferentes las unas de las otras para que exista una variación de herramientas que puedan ser empleadas en diversas situaciones y puedan motivar en menor o mayor medida a nuestro alumnado. Todas las metodologías están bien explicadas a través de actividades, tareas o ejemplos que nos podemos encontrar en el aula mostrando de este modo, su aplicación y su utilización. Estas herramientas motivacionales, están evaluadas no solamente con rúbrica sino por actitudes y su evolución motivacional por la asignatura, además se aprecia las competencias que se trabajan en cada metodología motivacional. Finalmente, el objetivo de este trabajo es doble. La primera, es enseñar a cualquier docente como utilizar estas herramientas si lo creen necesario. Y la segunda y más importante, motivar al alumnado para conseguir sus objetivos académicos al igual que, sus objetivos en la vida real.

The inspiration of this work comes caused by the absence of motivation that saw in the students during my period of practices. For this reason, I have drafted 14 motivational methodologies, in this case applied to the story but from the other can be used in other subjects, very different to have a variation of tools that can be used in different situations and can motivate in lesser or greater extent to our students. All the methodologies are well explained through activities, tasks, or examples that we can find in the classroom showing in this way, its application and use. These motivational tools, are evaluated not only with header but by attitudes and motivational evolution by the subject, also shown skills working in each motivational methodology. Finally, the objective of this work is double. The first is to teach any teacher how to use these tools if they believe it necessary. And the second and more important, to motivate students to achieve their goals as academics, their objectives in real life.
