The results of the latest PISA report, conducted in 2012, put Spain below the average of the European Union and OECD in mathematics. It is nothing new that many children do not like this course, it is up causes them some anxiety. Punctually preconceptions are what make a negative attitude is adopted from the beginning.
Since the 80s, it is being considered how to influence school learning affective relationships, and there have been many authors who have investigated this topic. Gradually, it has become more about the beliefs, emotions and attitudes that move students to act a certain way in front of a problem.
This work aims to expose, known today, about the importance of emotion in mathematics, that is, as what we feel during the resolution of a problem can determine its outcome. [-]
