hemorrhagic and necrotizing pancreatitis, is an unusual and highly lethal complication in cases of inflammation of the
pancreatic gland. The diagnosis is clinical suspicion supported by laboratory and radiology tests. It is an exceptional cause of sudden
death. But this form of presentation of pancreatitis can only be confirmed through the gland histopathological study, which is
available on rare occasions. We expose the macroscopic findings of two fatal cases of acute hemorrhagic and necrotizing pancreatitis
Pancreatitis. [-]

Elsevier (2021-01)NAD(P)H donates electrons for reductive biosynthesis and antioxidant defense across all forms of life. Glucose-6- phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) is a critical enzyme to provide NADPH. G6PD deficiency is present in more than ... -

Electrophysiology of the pancreatic islet β-cell sweet taste receptor TIR3
Sanchez-Andres, Juan V.; Malaisse, Willy J.; Kojima, Itaru Springer (2018)Over recent years, the presence of the sweet taste receptor TIR3 in rodent and human insulin-producing pancreatic islet β-cells was documented. The activation of this receptor by sweet-tasting sucralose mimics several ...
