dc.description.abstract | The loss of the classics identity referents, such as the sociology of consumption understand them, has allowed brands occupy a key place in the reality of the individuals. Today’s society is undergoing a new ideological current that defends the personal construction of identity. This logic is absorbed by the consumption and used by the brands as symbolic significance for the achievement of the emotional connection brandconsumer. Brand strategies based on the persuasive narration are on the rise, due to the rhetorical possibilities that allows this kind of narrative format and the slopes that exist to convey the values projected by the brand. In this work we made a study which aims to verify or refute the validity of management narrative of the brand as a communication strategy, as well as the possibilities of connecting emotionally with the consumer. To do this, we enter in the more sociological theoretical framework to pass to the most communicative, and we will make a textual analysis of the discourse of a brand leader in narrative management, Harley-Davidson, to explore the semiotic significance of his last ad campaign, “Live your legend” (EE.UU., 2016). The ultimate objective is to understand the reality of the strategic brand management and its intangibles from a narrative and significant point of view through the theoretical argumentation and the test in narrative analysis. | ca_CA |
| ca_CA |
