La percepción musical a través de las diferentes etnias y nacionalidades

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación está dirigido a todos los profesores que estén interesados en estudiar la variedad de la música en el aula según la diversidad cultural de los alumnos, así como a cualquier profesor de educación primaria con alumnos de diferentes nacionalidades. Se ha hecho un cuestionario para evaluar la repercusión que tiene la música para los alumnos de 5ºB y 6ºB del CEIP Castália, situado en Castellón, según su nacionalidad o etnia en diferentes situaciones. Se investiga si la música les ha ayudado alguna vez a expresar sus sentimientos, si ocupa un lugar importante en sus vidas, si escuchan música cuando estaban alegres o tristes y qué tipo de música les gusta o con cual se sienten identificados. Esta investigación se ha llevado a cabo para saber si las situaciones que se observan en los distintos niños en relación a la música, son las mismas que si les preguntaba a cada uno de ellos sobre cómo se sienten con esta. Los resultados obtenidos de las encuestas, se han analizado a través de una metodología cualitativa. Esta metodología es de naturaleza flexible, aunque no permite un análisis estadístico de los resultados obtenidos.

This research work is aimed at teachers interested in studying the music genres according to the cultural diversity of students in the classroom. It is also directed to any teacher of primary education with students of different nationalities in his classroom. A questionnaire has been done to assess the impact that music has for pupils according to their nationality or ethnicity in different situations of their lives. In this case, the object of our study have been the students of 5th B and 6 B of the CEIP Castalia, located in Castellón,. The aim of the questionnaire is to investigate the following aspects: whether the music has helped them to express their feelings, if it plays an important role in their lives, if they listen to music when they are happy or sad and what kind of music they like, or with which type of music they feel identified. This research has been conducted to find out if the behavior children have towards music in class is similar to their responses in the questionnaire about how they feel with music. 5 The results of the questionnaire have been analyzed through a qualitative methodology. Although this methodology is flexible it does not allow a statistical analysis of the results obtained.
