El CRA El Trescaire: una gran xarxa de comunicació

Abstract

L'estudi d'investigació del present treball és detallar el funcionament dels col·legis rurals agrupats, o el que és el mateix, dels CRAs. Per a conéixer el funcionament d'aquests, ens basem en un en concret, el CRA el Trescaire, situat en la província de Castelló. Aquest treball és de tipus descriptiu observacional, ja que conté una part teòrica i una part d'observació. En primer lloc, es realitza una revisió teòrica de les circumstàncies d'unificació d'aquests centres i de les lleis que el regeixen. Després, per tal de conéixer el funcionament del CRA el Trescaire, es desenvolupen una sèrie de tècniques d'investigació: l'observació directa, l'entrevista i el qüestionari. Aquestes tècniques estan dirigides a un sector de la comunitat educativa, els/les docents i l'equip directiu. L'elecció dels participants es deu al coneixement directe que tenen sobre la mecànica de funcionament d'aquest centre. L'observació directa es realitza durant la meua estada en pràctiques en un dels aularis que formen el CRA el Trescaire. Aquest fet em permet viure directament alguns aspectes relacionats amb la coordinació d'aquests sectors i amb el seu mode de treball. Aquesta es completa amb 3 entrevistes, dirigides als membres de l'equip directiu i amb un qüestionari per a tot l'equip docent. La informació i dades recollides d'aquestes tècniques d'investigació, mostren el funcionament real del CRA el Trescaire. Finalment, s'extrauen unes conclusions per a realitzar propostes de millora en el seu funcionament.

The research study of this work is to detail the operation of rural schools grouped, or what is the same, the CRAs. To know how is the operation of these, we focus on one case in particular, the CRA Trescaire located in the province of Castellón. This work is type descriptive observational because it contains a theoretical part and a observation part. First, we made a theoretical review of the circumstances of unification of these educational establishments and the laws that govern them. Then, in order to know the functioning of the CRA Trescaire, have been developed a range of research techniques: direct observation, interview and questionnaire. These techniques were addressed to a sector of the educational community, the teachers and the management team. The choice of participants was due the fact to have a direct knowledge about the mechanics of running of the CRA Trescaire. Direct observation was made during my practicum in one of the classrooms of the CRA Trescaire. This allowed me to live directly some aspects related with the coordination of these sectors and their mode of work. This information was completed with three interviews addressed to members of the management team and a questionnaire to all the teaching staff. The information and data collected from these research techniques, show the actual functioning of the CRA Trescaire. Finally, some conclusions are extracted to make proposals for improving their functioning.
