Inserción laboral de los jóvenes: en busca de su identidad.

Abstract

Debido a la gran dificultad que tienen los jóvenes para incorporarse al mercado laboral, es interesante profundizar en la dificultad que tiene este colectivo. Después de analizar los datos publicados en distintos organismos oficiales, he observado que los jóvenes tienen una gran barrera para encontrar trabajo y cuando lo hacen, suele ser un trabajo inestable, inseguro y con una escasa remuneración económica. Dado que en este segmento de la población el índice de paro es muy alto, es necesario averiguar cuáles son sus necesidades y por qué suelen optar a trabajos precarios (trabajo por horas, sin contrato de trabajo y poco sueldo). Para ello analizaremos la problemática mediante una investigación de un segmento de población, en la que están representados tres principales perfiles de jóvenes, para observar su situación laboral y cómo intentan solucionar dicha situación, además de realizarles sesiones de coaching (inteligencia emocional) en un curso realizado en Valencia durante los primeros meses del 2016, donde soy asesora. Se trata de estudiar a personas que se encuentran en esta situación, en ocasiones tan compleja; ya sea por problemas económicos, educativos, formativos, por exclusión social, por problemas psicológicos, desempleo etc…. Por consiguiente, y bajo estas circunstancias tan complejas en las que se encuentra nuestra sociedad, opto en este proyecto por intentar buscar una alternativa a esa grave situación: el emprendimiento. Considero que es una de las principales herramientas para salir, no sólo del desempleo sino de esta crisis que nos amenaza días tras día. Mediante la información obtenida del grupo de estudio, así como de las estadísticas proporcionadas por organismos oficiales, obtendremos las ideas claves para llegar a algunas conclusiones sobre los problemas emocionales a los que se enfrentan, así como sobre las barreras burocráticas que les impide arriesgarse a tomar las riendas de sus vidas y dar forma a esas ideas que pueden llegar a ser su forma de ganarse la vida.

In this job we concentrate in the unemployment in youth and the distinct difficulties that they have when ready to incorporate themselves into the labor market, whether they be young people with little training, over-qualified for the position or social exclusion. We are going to analyze which are the principal problems that cause young people to find themselves in these positions so complex and find solutions through the distinctive coaching sessions that were done with young people between (19-28) years old. To develop this project, we have observed in what situation they confront today in the job market and the respective group that adults with difficulties have with finding work. These are young people who are in complex situations due to lack of economic resources and poor/little training, because of their complicated circumstance to carry a transition from a serious economic crisis. We therefore realize that today there isn’t much importance to be more or less qualified for the labor market and that others go on their own terms and become self-employed. The situation has become a great pending for young people who want to become independent, have a purpose, and a quality of life. But as it turns out, the worst part that which young people have is that they don’t have the minimal resources, minimal training or a quality of life. Their only objective is to survive or exist. With our labor system today, we know there are two large groups, employees who work for others and people who are self-employed. We have grown up with the idea that we could have a stable job, with extra pay, social security, social trust, and with a economic contribution worthy to be able to cover the costs of whichever human. Well as we know and as we are observing around us, everything has changed. Now almost every young person can be safe, backed up 100%, and with a guarantee that they will have a good retirement. Since the great crisis in which we are immersed has been put into question. We are literally giving the European State, all the great young people with desire, motivation and inspirations, that they carry with them their amazing ideas, skills and talents to make this country where they live full of wealth, so much both internally and externally. Generating culture, advances, discovering new technology, new ways of life that makes everyone’s life easier, more comfortable and wealthy. Therefore and seeing how the current outlook for young people is, in this job reflect the distinct alternatives such as entrepreneurship appeared to give some light and can improve the appearance of the labor insertion in the young people. It’s evident that they can’t be 100% secured nor guaranteed of benefits or success, but we will try to concentrate in a solution, not in the countless existing problems.
