dc.description.abstractThe aim of this work is to study how the work environment influences the teaching faculty and affects their personal health and educational quality of the school. A questionnaire was carried and the behavior of its variables and dimensions was analyzed, reaching the following conclusions: that the educational climate in the center has a number of implications, positive and negative, in professional and personal health, and determine a set of indicators to improve both the teaching practice and the personal life. Also regarding the educational quality of the school, we must make a series of improvement which should be reflected in its educational project, and implement them with a series of actions and proposals for improvement for these centers and their teachers, as indicated in this work.ca_CA
