dc.description.abstractIn this project, I am going to analyse the reasons that cause the banking exclusion in order to be able to speak and explain the role that online banking is playing. The Internet service is the key to online banking as well as society as a whole. Thus, it plays a key role in order to improve the quality of many of the banking services. The key point is going to be the importance of the Internet in Spain as well as in the world. This is necessary to achieve a bigger banking accessibility so banking exclusion can disappear, or at least decrease. Therefore, the development of online banking is helping society’s financial inclusion.ca_CA
