Revisión del perfil psicosocial del maltratador desde el punto de vista de la neuropsicología

Abstract

En el texto se va a realizar un análisis sobre si es posible elaborar un perfil del maltratador desde el punto de vista de la neuropsicología. Pretende ser un estudio sobre la relación que existe entre las acciones de los maltratadores y la neuropsicología. Con ello, se pretende establecer si existe un perfil de maltratador derivado de las características neuropsicológicas. A través de una metodología argumentativa y crítica, se van a establecer cuales son los aspectos que pueden o no justificar la acción de los maltratadores desde el punto de vista de la neuropsicología. A través del estudio de las diferentes teorías o argumentos que justifican la realización de esta violencia. Se han establecido diferentes perfiles de maltratadores desde diferentes perspectivas, y por ello la hipótesis principal es si se puede realizar desde la valoración de la neuropsicología. A pesar de ello, los estudiosos establecen que no existe un perfil genérico de maltratador, pero si que existen una serie de características que identifican este tipo de comportamientos. Asimismo, se estudiará la relación que existe entre la neuroética y este tipo de acciones violentas.

In this text, we are to analyse whether it is possible to draw a profile of the batterer from a neuropsychological point of view. It intends to be a study on the relation between the actions of the batterer and the Neuropsychology. Thus, we are trying to determine if the profile of a batterer can be derived from neuropsychological characteristics. Through an argumentative and critical methodology, we are to establish what are the aspects that may or may not justify the action of batterer from a neuropsychological point of view. Through the study of different theories or arguments justifying the realisation of this violence. Different profiles of batterer have been establiched, having into account different perspectives. Thus, the main hypothesis is focused in whether you can develope it from the valuation of Neuropsychology. However, scholars state that there is no generic profile of the batterer, but there are a huge number of characteristics that 7 identify this type of behaviour. At the very same time, the relation that exists with Neuroethics in such violent actions will be examined too.
