Leadership is an issue of great value in organizations today. New styles of leadership are emerging and in recent years, it has appeared servant leadership, a leadership style that is gaining importance among researchers in the field of social sciences and business management, due to its positive impact on the organizations. The main objective of this work is to know if servant leadership influences on organizational commitment of employees towards their company. To do this, first it takes place a theoretical review of both variables and then it puts into practice the concepts through a qualitative case study mainly on a local non-profit organization. Finally, conclusions are drawn. [-]
