The present survey has focused on the definition of the concepts, the antecedents and the consequences of the terms Servant Leadership and Trust in leader. With the information obtained from these analyses, it has been done a study in a Publicity agency in the East of Spain to test the presence of a Servant Leadership and to quantify the level of Trust in the leader throughout a questionnaire measuring the correlations between this as dependable variable and gender, age and hierarchy as independent variables. The results confirmed the existence of positive correlation with the variable of gender and negative with age but none with hierarchy. [-]
