The present study is basically envisaged as a sequence of the one subscribed by the authors in
the number 0 of the Review of Law, Water and Sustainability published by the University of Vigo, on the
specific heading outlined in the Encyclical Letter Laudato Si’, by the Holy Father Francisco. After an
introduction, it reveals new cases of interest concerning extractive, public works and agribusiness
sectors, and it gives also proper attention to the governance of water as well as privatizations. We put an
end to this work throughout some conclusive remarks related to climate change and the need to endorse
the defenders of Human Rights and the communities affected, together with a note of hope arising out of
an increasing number of conflict situations which have concluded with a safeguard or a restablishment of
such as Rights. [-]
