dc.description.abstract	The Ministry of Justice intends to remit shortly a reform in the Spanish Law on the Judiciary to the Council of Ministers whereby a number of measures aimed at regulating delicate situations arising within the framework of a legal process will be introduced. Thus, the distress produced following public interest legal matters will decrease. This article stands as a reflexion on the abovementioned possible reform.	ca_CA
