Cooperativas sociales, herramientas de empleo : cómo crear empleo mediante el empleo cooperativo

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación, se analiza la importancia de las cooperativas en el sistema laboral actual, además de su importante peso relativo en materia de empleo a nivel nacional. Se describe, por un lado, las oportunidades generadas por el cooperativismo en España así como las diferentes formas de empleo cooperativo; también contribuye a la literatura sobre cooperativismo con el diseño de una red de propuestas para el buen funcionamiento del empleo cooperativo. El trabajo asimismo, aborda las diferencias existentes entre las políticas y estilos de trabajo en el cooperativismo frente a las formas de trabajo de las empresas tradicionales capitalistas. El objetivo de la presente investigación es reconocer las oportunidades de futuro que brinda el sistema cooperativo, respondiendo a la pregunta de si es posible generar empleo, mediante el cooperativismo, en la actual situación de crisis económica y social. Para ello se han consultado diversas fuentes que han permitido ofrecer una completa panorá- mica actual del sector cooperativo como punto de partida para construir un análisis cualitativo del tipo de empresa tradicional y de las cooperativas, además de comprobar la calidad de empleo ofrecida por cada tipo de empresa. Las cooperativas pertenecen y se engloban en la Economía Social, por lo que adicionalmente se ofrece una descripción de este sector, mostrando su importancia relativa en la economía nacional, su estructura, sus características y los principios que la gobiernan. Entre las principales conclusiones del trabajo están, en primera instancia, el peso relativo que tienen las cooperativas dentro de la economía nacional, no solo en cuanto a peso económico, sino también en cuanto a la importancia que obtiene el empleo cooperativo dentro del ámbito nivel nacional. Por otra parte, otra principal conclusión que se puede obtener es el carácter generador de las cooperativas para los trabajadores de dichas sociedades, además de los beneficios que obtiene la sociedad que las rodea.

This research work, discusses the importance of cooperatives in the current labor system, in addition to its important relative weight of employment at the national level. Is described, on the one hand, the opportunities generated by the cooperative movement in Spain as well as different forms of cooperative employment; It also contributes to the literature on cooperative with the design of a network of proposals for the proper functioning of the co-op employment. The work also discusses the differences between policies and work styles in the cooperative movement against forms of traditional capitalist enterprise. The objective of this research is to recognize the opportunities for the future that offers the cooperative system, responding to the question of whether it is possible to generate employment through cooperatives, in the current economic and social crisis. Viewed different sources that have allowed to offer a full current panoramic of the cooperative sector as a starting point to build a qualitative analysis of the type of traditional enterprise and cooperatives, in addition to checking the quality of jobs offered by each type of company to do so. Cooperatives belong and are included in the Social economy, making it additionally provides a description of this sector, showing their relative importance in the national economy, its structure, features and principles that govern it. Among the main conclusions of the work are, in the first instance, the relative weight that cooperatives within the national economy, not only in terms of economic weight, but also in terms of the importance that gets national cooperative employment within the scope.
