The influence of organizational structure design on corporate performance. A case study

Abstract

This project aims to analyse the organizational structure of Movilrapid Spain SL, based on literature contributions, research on the subject, interviews, questionnaires and personal observation. It is part of a theoretical framework in which the concepts of structure, coordination mechanisms, contingency factors, design parameters and flow analysis are defined, and constitute the items in that analysis. As a final conclusion, it is hoped that the type of structure which corresponds to the organisation can be determined, and also possible improvements in the structure can be provided that could be beneficial to the company and be reflected in their results.
