Estudio sobre el reconocimiento del Villarreal CF como el Club Deportivo referencia de la provincia de Castellón

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se aborda un estudio sobre el estado de la cuestión, donde se intenta dilucidar que existe un reconocimiento sobre el Villarreal C.F como Club Deportivo referencia de la provincia de Castellón, gracias en gran medida a todas las labores y actividades que realiza, aglutinadas bajo la marca deportiva “EndaVant”. El estudio se basa en una muestra reducida pero representativa, que confiere un status académico y epistemológico al trabajo. De todas las actividades que conforman la marca “EndaVant”, tienen un especial interés para la investigación, todas aquellas iniciativas de colaboración que el Villarreal C.F realiza con diferentes clubes y deportistas locales de la provincia de Castellón, con la intención de hacer del Villarreal C.F, mucho más que un equipo de fútbol. Para ello, previamente se hará un breve recorrido sobre los inicios del concepto “Marketing Deportivo”, así como un resumen sobre la evolución de la comunicación y el marketing en los clubes profesionales, que servirá para contextualizar el marco en el que se mueven los clubes deportivos a día de hoy. Cabe destacar que este trabajo es un primer paso a la hora de intentar plasmar la situación que vive el Villarreal C.F en la provincia de Castellón, un primer acercamiento, que servirá como punto de partida, y que puede dar lugar a diferentes proyectos futuros.

The present work is aimed to conduct a study on the state of art, in order to demonstrate that there is recognition of Villarreal CF as the sports club reference in the province of Castellon, thanks in large part to all the work and activities carried out under the sports brand named "Endavant". The study is based on a small but representative sample, which gives an academic and epistemological status to the work. These activities are of particular interest for research, as well as all initiatives of collaboration that Villarreal CF made with different clubs and athletes in the province of Castellon, with the intention of making the Villarreal CF, much more than a football team. To do this, previously there will be a brief tour on the beginnings of the "Sports Marketing" concept, as well as a summary of the evolution of communication and marketing in the professional clubs, that will serve to contextualize the framework in which sports clubs today move, and therefore the framework within which moves the Villarreal CF. This work is a first step on trying to capture the situation of the Villarreal CF in the province of Castellon, a first approach, which will serve as a starting point and can serve to different future projects
