Abstract

In May of 1995 will be completed seventy-five years old the apparition of the first issue of the Boletín de la Sociedad Castellonense de Cultura, one of the three objectives of the founders of the society. The two others were the creation of a library and to promote journeys in order to know the artistic monuments of the district of Castelló. With this article, the author wants to surrender homage to a cultural review, learned, of long life and of a permanent interest, indispensable in order to know the history, the art and the geography of the populations of this district of the north of the Valencian Country, but also in order to undertake many another important topics of the Valencian reality.

En maig de 1995 farà setanta-cinc anys que aparegué el primer quadern del Boletín de la Socíedad Castellonense de Cultura, un dels tres objectius dels fundadors de l'entitat'. Els altres dos eren la creació d'una biblioteca i fer excursions per conèixer els monuments artístics de les comarques de Castelló. En aquest article es presenta un esboç de la història del Boletín de la Socíedad Castellonense de Cultura.
