En un mundo globalizado se hace precisa una normativa tendente a facilitar la circulación de los investigadores. En este contexto se necesita una política migratoria global y a esa finalidad responde la Directiva 2005/71/CE al tratar de crear un Espacio Europeo de Investigación mediante el establecimiento de una vía de admisión que facilite la acogida y movilidad de los investigadores. Nuestro ordenamiento interno acorde con la normativa comunitaria ha fijado un régimen especial de los investigadores que les facilita la permanencia en nuestro país para la realización de proyectos de investigación, en el marco de un convenio de acogida firmado con un organismo de investigación. In a globalized world it is necessary that regulations aimed at facilitating the movement of researchers. In this context we need a comprehensive immigration policy and the purpose of Directive 2005/71/EC responds by trying to create a European Research Area through the establishment of an admission procedure to facilitate the admission and mobility of researchers. Our legislation in line with Community legislation has established a special regime that facilitates researchers stay in our country to carry out research projects as part of a hosting agreement signed with a research organization.
