In the last few years servant leadership has increased its importance in organizations. However, there are few researches that analyze the effects of it in individuals and organizations. The main objective of this analysis is to check if the use of the servant leadership influences positively happiness of the employees. For this, first we have carried out a theoretical study and then we have done an empirical study about two selected organizations, Brico Depot and Leroy Merlin. The empirical study has consisted in the realization of 34 surveys in each organization and posterior analysis with the program SPSS to check if there are significant differences. [-]
