In response to pressing social challenges such as economic inequality and job instability, this thesis explores alternative management models to transcend traditional structures. Focusing on analyzing behaviors like compassion and altruism, it advocates for work environments based on self-management teams to promote both employee well-being and corporate innovation. Four empirical chapters quantitatively analyze the impact of these models, emphasizing their potential to address organizational fragility and foster innovation. This thesis explores the relationship between compassion, organizational trust, and business performance, underscoring the need for self-management teams to enhance well-being and reduce bureaucracy. This thesis not only identifies contemporary organizational shortcomings but also proposes practical solutions, contributing to the field of organizational management. [-]
