In the light of the trilogy written by James Finn Garner against the perfection contained within what is politically correct (Politically correct bedtime stories, Once upon a more enlightened time and Politically correct holiday stories), the author reflects on the usages of language as instruments allowing autonomous and critical access to the knowledge that is constructed with them. While some sectors think that it is necessary to modify the “politically incorrect” expressions employed in stories, others believe that this is an attack on freedom of speech.
