Abstract

El present treball pretén centrar un tema controvertit com és el de l'existència o no de l'Escola Valenciana de Música, aportant noves dades al debat que crec que corroboren la seua existència de la mà dels principals protagonistes. Espere que aquest treball siga l'inici de noves investigacions que donen més llum al voltant d'un període apassionant i de vegades poc conegut de la Música Valenciana.

This article tries to focus on the controversial topic of the existence of the Valencian School of Music, bringing new data to the debate which, in my new, prove its existence. We hope this essay will be the starting point of new research throwing new light on a fascinating and often period in Valencian music.
