El valor humano de la improvisación musical y su influencia en el desarrollo de los temas transversales en la educación obligatoria española

Abstract

The interdisciplinary themes in the Spanish educational field started after observing that many contents of the daily life did not take part in the compulsory education curriculum or they were dealt with in a superficial and isolated way. Their first aim involved offering the students an education out of life and encouraging students to participate positively in it. However, ¿How do those themes affect the specific contents in the music class? ¿How does musical improvisation promote the teaching and learning? ¿Does it set up a teaching strategy and a feasible and effective resource?. The research is divided into two parts: on the one hand, a presentation of the aims that are expected to be introduced in the compulsory education curriculum by means of applying the interdisciplinary themes. On the other hand, an analysis and a justification of how the specific contents in musical education related to improvisation promote the development of the interdisciplinary themes and the education for the development

Los temas transversales en el ámbito educativo español se iniciaron al observar que muchos contenidos de la vida diaria no formaban parte del currículo de la educación obligatoria o eran tratados de forma aislada y superficialmente. Su primer objetivo consistía en ofrecer al alumnado una educación que partiera de la vida y que llevara a actuar positivamente en ella. Sin embargo, ¿cómo influyen en los contenidos específicos del área de música y cómo la improvisación musical potencia su enseñanza-­aprendizaje, constituye una estrategia metodológica y un recurso eficaz y viable?. La investigación consta de dos partes: una exposición de los objetivos que se pretenden introducir en el currículum de la educación obligatoria con la incorporación de la transversalidad y un análisis y justificación de cómo los contenidos específicos de la educación musical relacionados con la improvisación potencian el desarrollo de los ejes transversales y la educación para el desarrollo
