Orientació emocional: Proposta d’un programa d’intervenció per potenciar les habilitats emocionals i el benestar psicològic de l’alumnat

Abstract

L’educació emocional és, a hores d’ara, un tema d’actualitat dins del sistema educatiu arreu del món, ja que, cada volta es fa més necessari treballar la intel·ligència emocional de l’alumnat. L’objectiu general d’aquest treball ha estat potenciar les competències emocionals d’un grup d’alumnat per mitjà de la confecció i la implementació d’una proposta d’intervenció centrada en l’educació emocional. Per poder dur a terme aquesta proposta, s’ha fet una cerca prèvia al respecte per poder confeccionar el marc teòric. De manera posterior s’ha definit la mostra, la qual ha estat de 6 alumnes de 6é de primària, la metodologia de la proposta d’intervenció, així com els diferents resultats obtinguts un cop s’ha implementat el programa d’intervenció per potenciar les habilitats emocionals i el benestar psicològic de l’alumnat. És per això que, a partir de l'avaluació prèvia i posterior dels nivells d’intel·ligència emocional de l’alumnat per mitjà del test de Mesquite, s’aprecia una millora en les competències a nivell emocional de l’alumnat participant un cop s’ha implementat la proposta.

Emotional education is, nowadays, a topical issue within the current educational system, so it is becoming increasingly necessary to work on the emotional intelligence of students. The general objective of this work has been to enhance the emotional competences of a group of pupils in order to achieve the creation and implementation of an intervention proposal focused on emotional education. In order to be able to carry out this proposal, a close preliminary study was carried out in order to draw up the theoretical framework. Subsequently, the sample was defined, which consisted of 6 pupils in 6th grade of primary school, the methodology of the intervention proposal, as well as the different results obtained and a policeman implemented the intervention programme to enhance the pupil's emotional skills and psychological well-being. This is why, based on the previous and subsequent evaluation of the pupil's levels of emotional intelligence-intelligence using the Mesquite test, an improvement in the emotional competences of the participating pupil can be seen when a police officer has implemented the proposal.
