IFixation in the conceptual design process is a problem that affects both creative thinking and the actions taken in the different stages of design. This problem negatively affects new concepts and can lead to undesired disadvantages and inconveniences. There are a large number of works in the bibliography that have analyzed and tried to solve this problem, which have established a wide range of different proposals to overcome this situation. One of the most interesting proposals, still under development, is the unblocking of fixation through the disinhibition caused by humor. The present work shows an analysis of how disinhibition caused by humor affects the creative process of a sample of designers, taking into account their self-perception and the external evaluation of their designs. At the same time, the analysis is extended according to the profile of the participants, in order to study the conditions and characteristics that may affect the process. [-]
