dc.description.abstractThis paper studies the interaction between inequality and economic growth. In order to achieve this purpose, we have collected data of 25 countries around the world over the period 2000 – 2019. The model estimates how inequality and other variables which directly affect growth are related to the economic growth. We have estimated a regression for the whole sample and then we divided it into OECD and non-OECD countries. According to the results, in any of these cases the inequality has a significant effect on economic growth.ca_CA
