El convenio colectivo de las futbolistas profesionales

Abstract

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es analizar de una forma exhaustiva el Convenio Colectivo de las futbolistas profesionales. Desde aquí desarrollaremos los aspectos más relevantes del mismo, como son la conflictividad laboral, la brecha salarial, la Seguridad Social (SS), los derechos individuales y colectivos, y la Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL). Además, se estudiará una sentencia, en el que se detallará un conflicto colectivo que hubo en el fútbol femenino, y que hoy en día sigue generando polémica.

Pero antes de abordar la parte principal del trabajo, se expondrá la normativa nacional y comunitaria. Acto seguido, se repasará el Real Decreto (RD) 1006/1985, donde se profundizará su ámbito de aplicación y la relación laboral de los deportistas profesionales.

Para finalizar el trabajo, realizaré un LEGE DATA y un LEGE FERENDA. Por último, haré una comparación entre el convenio colectivo de las jugadoras con el de sus homólogos masculinos.

The main objective of this work is to analyse in an exhaustive way the Collective Bargaining Agreement for professional female football players. From here we will develop the most relevant aspects of it, such as labour conflict, the wage gap, Social Security (SS), individual and collective rights, and Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP). In addition, a judgement will be studied, detailing a collective conflict that took place in women's football, and which continues to generate controversy today.

But before tackling the main part of the work, national and EU regulations will be presented. Then, the Royal Decree (RD) 1006/1985 will be reviewed, where its scope of application and the employment relationship of professional sportsmen and sportswomen will be examined in depth.

To conclude the work, I will carry out a LEGE DATA and a LEGE FERENDA. Finally, I will make a comparison between the collective bargaining agreement of female players and that of their male counterparts.
