Diagnóstico territorial de riesgo de violencia de género en la Provincia de Castellón

Abstract

El diagnóstico territorial de riesgo de violencia de género se centra en la investigación de las principales variables que influyen en el aumento de la probabilidad de este tipo de delitos. A través de este estudio de investigación, cualitativo y espacial, se diseña un proceso metodológico con indicadores multidimensionales que permiten analizar la vulnerabilidad socioeconómica territorial de la provincia de Castellón, la incidencia de la violencia de género, el perfil con mayor probabilidad de ser víctima de maltrato, la red de apoyo y atención a la víctima y cómo estos factores afectan al aumento o disminución de casos en el territorio. Además, se desarrolla un indicador global para la confección de un ranking de municipios ordenados de mayor a menor dada la probabilidad calculada que los habitantes de cada uno de los municipios tienen.

The territorial diagnosis of the risk of gender violence focuses on the investigation of the main variables that influence the increase in the probability of this type of crime. Through this qualitative and spatial research study, a methodological process is designed with multidimensional indicators that make it possible to analyse the territorial socioeconomic vulnerability of the province of Castellón, the incidence of gender violence, the profile most likely to be a victim of abuse, the network of support and care for the victim and how these factors affect the increase or decrease of cases in the territory. In addition, a global indicator is developed for the preparation of a ranking of municipalities ordered from highest to lowest given the calculated probability that the inhabitants of each of the municipalities have.
