The work carried out on the statistical analysis of robberies with force shows thatnowadays robberies with force are experiencing a downward trend due to the fact that as the years studied between 2013 and 2020 go by, it shows that fewer robberies with force are being committed, as it is shown by the numbers of convictions and known facts by the police. Robbery with force is the most common type of theft, as it is shown by the data provided by the INE (National Statistics Institute). An average study in the period that goes from 2013 to 2020 shows that robberies with force account for 70% of robberies while robberies with violence and intimidation account for the remainder. On the other hand, in the analysis carried out on where more robberies with force are committed per 100,000 inhabitants between 2016 and 2021, it can be concluded that the provinces of Spain that experience a higher crime rate in robberies with force are the provinces of Tarragona, Girona, Castellón, Alicante, Murcia and Toledo. With regard to the type of person who commits theft with force, the study carried out between 2013 and 2020 shows that the profile of the offender of theft with force is a male aged between 21 and 30 years old and of Spanish origin.
