death on the street. Only 26,1% knew that the ratio between external chest
compressions (heart massage) and ventilation (mouth-to-mouth breathing) was 30
compressions in the chest and 2 mouth-to-mouth breaths. 51,1% of directors knew
DESA, but had no idea what it was for and how it worked.
Conclusions: In the light of the results obtained it is necessary to carry out training
courses to strengthen the good knowledge that the directors have and to discard the
mistakes. [-]
