With this work, we intend to propose the creation of a company dedicated to the
sowing, harvesting, production and marketing of organic saffron in Albacete in the
province of Castilla de la Mancha, which is intended to be an innovative model in the
area, where the client is an active participant in the process from the beginning.
It is characterized by the sustainability, flavour and quality of the product, which is
adjusted to the needs of the customer, always in harmony with legality, so that
customer satisfaction is sought, in this case in particular hotels, restaurants, chains of
supermarkets and food stores.
It is recognized that despite the amount of skills that work in the vicinity of this, the
proposed communication plan to make it known, will allow a personalized approach to
potential customers which in a short, medium and long term, may need the product
either sporadically or for a long time. So the Marketing Plan adjusted to the budget, will
undoubtedly allow the feasibility of the implementation of this proposal for
entrepreneurship. [-]
