Las organizaciones saludables y su evolución. Revisión teórica y análisis práctico de la empresa Pinosport Elite

Abstract

Este proyecto es un trabajo de final de Grado de la Universidad Jaume I (UJI) del Grado de Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal realizar una revisión e investigación bibliográfica centrado en diferentes campos relacionados con la titulación centrándome en las organizaciones saludables y su evolución. Se empezará el presente trabajo con un breve recorrido histórico sobre las organizaciones saludables y cómo ha ido evolucionando dicho concepto con el paso del tiempo. Seguidamente, se realizará una comparación entre las organizaciones tóxicas y las organizaciones saludables y un repaso de varios modelos de organización saludable. Además, se profundizará en el concepto de cultura organizacional y su relación con las organizaciones saludables. Para finalizar, se realiza una parte práctica en la cual se analiza si la empresa elegida se considera o no una organización saludable. La motivación de elegir este tema y realizar este trabajo, se debe al interés personal por alcanzar un cambio en el ámbito laboral, considero que, con la actual pandemia que estamos viviendo, es importante proteger la forma en la que conseguimos desarrollar el trabajo realizado, como podemos llegar a mejorarlo y que tipo de prácticas saludables podemos añadir a nuestra vida cotidiana.

This project is an end-of-degree work of Jaume I University (UJI) of the degree of industrial relations and human resources. The main objective of this paper is to carry out a review and bibliographical research focused on different fields related to the degree focusing on healthy organizations and their evolution. This work will begin with a brief historical tour of healthy organizations and how this concept has evolved over time. Next, there will be a comparison between toxic organizations and healthy organizations and a review of various models of healthy organization. In addition, the concept of organizational culture and its relationship with healthy organizations will be deepened. Finally, a practical part is made in which it is analyzed whether or not the chosen company is considered a healthy organization. The motivation for choosing this topic and carrying out this work is due to my personal interest in achieving a change in the workplace. I believe that, with the current pandemic we are experiencing, it is important to protect the way in which we manage to develop the work we do, how we can improve it and what kind of healthy practices we can add to our daily lives.
