Valoración de riesgo en la violencia de género

Abstract

La violencia de género constituye un atentado a la integridad, dignidad y libertad de las mujeres por el simple hecho de serlo. El objeto del trabajo es estudiar cómo se afronta la violencia de género y que instrumento existen para realizar una valoración de riesgo. En primer lugar, se expondrá el concepto de violencia de género analizando los diferentes tipos de violencia que existen, mencionando su marco normativo y explicando el ciclo de la violencia de género. En segundo lugar, estudiaremos las partes de la violencia de género, tanto a la víctima como al agresor. Veremos los tipos de víctima y de agresor, las características de ambos y analizaremos el estatuto de la víctima y sus derechos. En tercer lugar, analizaremos los factores de riesgo que puedan llevar a una nueva violencia, tanto los individuales a la víctima y al agresor como aquellos factores sociales, culturales y ambientales. Por último, nos centraremos en los instrumentos para realizar la valoración de riesgo, pero sobre todo, analizaremos con profundidad el sistema utilizado por los Cuerpos y Fuerzas de Seguridad Española, el Sistema Viogén, exponiendo las singularidades de la Valoración Policial de Riesgo (VPR) y la Valoración Policial de la Evolución del Riesgo (VPER) y la satisfacción de las víctimas y opiniones policiales al respecto.

Gender violence constitutes an attack on the integrity, dignity and freedom of women simply because it is. The purpose of the work is to study how gender violence is faced and what instrument exists to carry out a risk assessment. In the first place, the concept of gender violence will be exposed, analyzing the different types of violence that exist, mentioning its normative framework and explaining the cycle of gender violence. Second, we will study the parts of gender violence, both the victim and the aggressor. We will see the types of victim and aggressor, the characteristics of both and we will analyze the status of the victim and their rights. Third, we will analyze the risk factors that may lead to new violence, both individual to the victim and the aggressor, as well as social, cultural and environmental factors. Finally, we will focus on the instruments to carry out the risk assessment, but above all, we will analyze in depth the system used by the Spanish Security Forces and Corps, the Viogén System, exposing the singularities of the Police Risk Assessment (VPR) and the Police Evaluation of the Evolution of Risk (VPER) and the satisfaction of the victims and police opinions in this regard.
