| dc.description.abstract | Metabolomics aims to study the biological processes that take place in human body and their outcome molecules, the metabolites. Nowadays, the importance of metabolomics is in an upward trend because it has a huge number of clinical and analytical applications. Along this work, several topics will be treated. From the different biological matrices where metabolomics can be applied to some of the main known disease biomarkers.
