Organitzacions sanitàries públiques: el valor salut

Abstract

Aquest projecte pretén abordar el procés d’una atenció sanitària integral, pública i universal per a poder atendre i potenciar el ‘valor salut’ en les persones possibilitant drets humans i socials relacionats amb l’autonomia i la justícia. Es duria a terme en espais de participació creats per a la producció de diàleg sobre aspectes relacionats amb la salut i sorgit d’entre les diverses intersubjectivitats dels grups d’interès i de les persones afectades en les pròpies organitzacions sanitàries públiques. La metodologia a aplicar en els espais de participació seria la de la humanització i comunicació amb l’aplicació de l’ètica discursiva i el reconeixement de l’altre com un igual en la recerca d’acords i assumpcions de responsabilitats relacionats amb la salut. Sent la pròpia organització sanitària pública i la seva gerència els coresponsables de facilitar i posar en pràctica tant els espais de participació com l’atenció integral de les necessitats descrites pels grups d’interès de l’organització atenent les seves percepcions sobre elles. Atenent als grups d’interès de l’organització i millorant la perspectiva de la responsabilitat social en temps real s’aconsegueix com a resultat el benefici en salut integral dels usuaris i usuàries de les organitzacions sanitàries públiques en concret i de la pròpia societat civil en general aconseguint que sigue més crítica i proactiva respecte al propi valor salut. En base als resultats obtinguts de benefici en salut a curt i a llarg termini s’arriba a la conclusió de que aquesta forma de procedir sobre el procés d’atenció a la salut serveix com a llavor per poder anar construint cultura compartida sobre el valor salut i és pot dur a terme de la mà d’una ètica cultura corporativa de la pròpia organització sanitària pública construint llaços de confiança i apoderament en salut.

This project aims to address the process of comprehensive, public and universal health care in order to address and enhance the ‘health value’ of people by enabling human and social rights related to autonomy and justice. It would take place in spaces of participation created for the production of dialogue on aspects related to health and emerged from the various intersubjectivities of stakeholders and people affected in the public health organizations themselves. The methodology to be applied in the spaces of participation would be that of humanization and communication with the application of discursive ethics and the recognition of the other as an equal in the search for agreements and assumptions of responsibilities related to health. The public health organization itself and its management are co-responsible for facilitating and implementing both the spaces for participation and the comprehensive attention to the needs described by the organization’s stakeholders, taking into account their perceptions of them. By attending to the organization's stakeholders and improving the perspective of social responsibility in real time, the comprehensive health benefit of users of public health organizations in particular and of civil society itself is achieved as a result. general making it more critical and proactive about its own health value. Based on the results obtained in the short and long term health benefit, it is concluded that this way of proceeding on the health care process serves as a seed to be able to build a shared culture on the value of health and it can be carried out at the hands of an ethical corporate culture of the public health organization itself by building bonds of trust and empowerment in health.
