This paper aims to analyse Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and deepen one of its most important strategic factors, corporate transparency. Transparency has now become an essential element for financial and business management, especially because of the numerous cases of corruption and financial scandals that have affected the economic and business activity of many companies and institutions. In this context, a detailed analysis of the level of transparency of a multinational company such as Repsol has been carried out, delving into its analysis from a three-fold perspective (economic, social and environmental) and also of good governance in the exercise of its activities, to find out what place it occupies within its policy of socially responsible management in the company.
