Las organizaciones saludables: revisión teórica y análisis de una empresa del sector azulejero

Abstract

En el siguiente trabajo, se pretende dar a conocer el concepto de organización saludable, así como sus características clave que la diferencian frente a las organizaciones llamadas ‘’tóxicas’’, que en ocasiones resultan difíciles de identificar. El objetivo principal es la realización de un recorrido teórico sobre la historia de los modelos de organización pioneros en este campo, así como la comparación entre ellos y su evolución hasta el concepto más actual de organización saludable. Por otro lado, con el caso práctico analizado, se aspira a estudiar las políticas y valores existentes en una organización real, fusionados con los modelos vistos en la teoría. Para ello, se han trasladado los conceptos y elementos revisados previamente, al contexto de la empresa, mediante instrumentos para poder realizar un análisis en materia de políticas organizacionales de la compañía, con la finalidad de poder traducirlos y poder realizar una propuesta de acciones de mejora aplicables en este ámbito. Para finalizar, tras la combinación de la teoría y de los resultados obtenidos tras el análisis cualitativo, se han extraído una serie de conclusiones de lo que ha consistido el desarrollo del trabajo, identificando los aspectos y factores fundamentales relativos a las organizaciones saludables y su importancia en el entorno laboral actual, que es el objetivo último del ensayo.

In the following project is pretended to know the concept or healthy organization, as well as its key characteristics that difference in front of the organizations called “toxic”, which sometimes can be difficult to identify. The main objective is the review of a theoretical tour about the history of the models of organization pioneers in this field, as well as the comparison between them and their evolution until the most current concept of healthy organization. On the other hand, with the practical case analysed, it is pretended to study the existing policies and the values in a real organization, fused with the seen models on the theory. For this, the concepts and the elements revised previously have been moved, to the context of the business, through tools to make an analysis on materia of organizational policies of the company, with the purpose of translating them and be able to carry out a proposal of actions of improvement that can be applied on this field. Finally, after the combination of the theory and the obtained results after the qualitative analysis, a serie of conclusions of what the the development of the project has consisted have been done, identifying the fundamental aspects and factors and their importance in the current work environment, which is the las objective of the essay.
