Organizaciones saludables: breve revisión teórica y estudio de caso en una empresa citrícola castellonense

Abstract

Las organizaciones saludables tratan de maximizar su productividad, pero también para proporcionar a los trabajadores el mayor bienestar. En el siguiente trabajo se hace una revisión teórica del concepto de organizaciones saludables, así como otros conceptos vinculados a este. El trabajo se centra sobretodo en un caso práctico de una empresa que considero saludable. Se incluyen medidas saludables que proporciona la empresa, y para observar que están puestas en marcha y funcionan correctamente se realizan entrevistas a algunos trabajadores de entre veinte y sesenta años. Durante el período de entrevistas se observa que el 100% de los trabajadores encuestados van a trabajar cómodamente y están felices con el trabajo que realizan. También se le realiza una encuesta a la jefa de recursos humanos, que es la encargada de que la empresa sea un buen lugar para trabajar, tanto ella como los encuestados piensan que hay que mejorar la comunicación interna, que es buena, pero mejorable. Esto significa que ambas partes lo han observado y está en proceso de mejora. En conclusión, con el estudio realizado se observa que los factores saludables benefician y mejoran en muchos aspectos tanto a la empresa como a los trabajadores. Se puede comprobar que, al reducir el estrés en el trabajo, aumenta la confianza en los empleados y al mejorar la conducta organizacional obtenemos resultados positivos.

Healthy organizations try to maximize their productivity, but also to provide workers with the highest well-being. In the following work, a theoretical review of the concept “Healthy Organizations” is made, as well as other concepts related to it. The work focuses, above all, on a practical case of a company that I consider healthy. Healthy measures provided by the company are included, and in order to observe that they are all in place and working correctly, interviews are conducted with some workers aged between twenty and sixty. During the course of the interviews, it is observed that 100% of the surveyed workers go to work comfortably and are happy with the work they do. A survey was conducted and made by the Human Resources Manager, who is in charge of making the company a good place to work, and by the workers. They all agree that internal communication needs to be improved, it is actually a good communication but can be improved. This means that both parties have observed it and it is in the process of improvement. In conclusion, with the study carried out, it is observed that healthy factors benefit and improve in many aspects both, the company and the workers. It can be proved that by reducing stress at work, increasing employees confidence and improving organizational conduct, we obtain positive results.
