Programa para trabajar el miedo en Educación Primaria

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se basa en la importancia que tienen las emociones en los niños. Aunque al principio trabaja las emociones en general, luego profundiza en la emoción del miedo, un sentimiento que muchas veces no se sabe afrontar de forma correcta. Así pues, el objetivo principal de este TFG es que el alumnado que lo realice sepa aceptar y conocer las emociones, además de aprender a expresar aquellas que son más básicas. En cuanto a los participantes, este proyecto está dirigido a todos aquellos niños que tengan una edad entre siete y ocho años, es decir, segundo de primaria. La metodología que se lleva a cabo es participativa, afectiva y realizada en un clima seguro. Las actividades se realizan a partir del juego y de forma lúdica, también son innovadoras y motivadoras. Además, se hacen encuestas, cuestionarios y entrevistas para saber los diagnósticos y las diferentes características de los alumnos. En cuanto a los resultados, se intenta conseguir que el alumnado sepa reconocer las emociones en diversas situaciones, además de saber controlarlas y aceptarlas. Por último, la conclusión obtenida es que este es un tema muy importante y necesario, pero, debido a la falta de estudios e investigaciones, parece que se trabaja muy poco y por eso conlleva a problemas, pues no se le da la importancia que realmente tiene.

This End of Grade Work is based on the importance of emotions in children. Although emotions in general work at first, then delves into the emotion of fear, a feeling that many times he does not know how to face correctly. So, the main objective of this TFG is for students who do so to accept and know the emotions in addition to learning to express those that are more basic. As for the participants, this project is aimed at all those children between the ages of seven and eight, that is, second in primary school. The methodology that is carried out is participatory, affective and made in a safe climate. The activities are carried out from the game and in a playful way, they are also innovative and motivating. In addition, surveys, questionnaires and interviews are made to know the diagnoses and the different characteristics of the students. As for the results, we try to get students to recognize emotions in various situations in addition to knowing how to control them and accept them. Finally, the conclusion obtained is that this is a very important and necessary issue, but, due to the lack of studies and research, seems to be very little work and that's why it leads to problems, because it is not given the importance that it really has.
