Abstract

The present TFG, aims to analyze through the Life Cycle Theory the various psychological processes that a person develops according to their life history Regarding the methodology an interview was conducted with 91 year old M After the interview, it was transcribed thus originating the life story of the lady, and later it was analyzed from the theoretical framework of three authors Erikson, Havighurst and Baltes The results show, according to his life story that M places greater emphasis when talking about his childhood and the current stage of life in which he is the elderly In addition as specific vital aspects of his life that stands out are, when he went to school the couple and the civil war that he had to deal with Finally the conclusions that were reached is that according to Havighurst's theory M positively accomplished all the tasks that according to the theory of Baltes with M the three types of influences that determine the evolutionary change can be clearly identified and that at the same time in a positive way carry out the adaptation processes and that according to Erikson, M in stage 8 Integrity of the self vs Despair is located more on the side of the integrity of the self and therefore it is concluded that she is satisfied with everything she has lived

El presente TFG, tiene como objetivo analizar a través de la Teoría del Ciclo Vital, los diversos procesos psicológicos que una persona desarrolla de acuerdo con su historia de vida Con respecto a la metodología se realizó una entrevista a M de 91 años Acabada la entrevista se transcribió, originando así la historia de vida de la señora y posteriormente se analizó desde el marco teórico de tres autores Erikson, Havighurst y Baltes Los resultados muestran, de acuerdo con su historia de vida, que M pone mayor énfasis al hablar de su infancia y de la etapa de vida actual en la que se encuentra, la tercera edad Además, como aspectos vitales específicos de su vida que destaca son, cuando fue al colegio, la pareja y la guerra civil con la que le tocó lidiar Por último, a las conclusiones que se llegó es que de acuerdo con la teoría de Havighurst M logró positivamente todas las tareas que según la teoría de Baltes con M se puede identificar claramente los tres tipos de influencias que determinan el cambio evolutivo y que al mismo tiempo de forma positiva, lleva a cabo los procesos de adaptación y que de acuerdo con Erikson, M en la etapa 8 (Integridad del yo vs Desesperación), se sitúa más en el lado de la integridad del yo, y que por tanto se concluye que ella está satisfecha con todo lo que ha vivido
