Análisis de las distintas formas de acoso en el ámbito escolar

Abstract

El bullying es un tema que cuenta con una gran repercusión social y, hoy en día, muchas personas no se dan cuenta de la importancia de la prevención del acoso escolar en las escuelas. La mayoría de la gente solo es consciente de ello cuando un caso de acoso se agrava y acaba en tragedia para la víctima. Además, muchas personas no se percatan de las consecuencias que pueden tener estos hechos ni saben cómo actuar y prevenir este tipo de acoso. En este trabajo, aparte de dar una explicación del bullying y sus diferentes tipos, se pretende que se conozca más sobre las consecuencias y medidas que debemos tomar para evitarlo. Se destacará sobre todo las consecuencias legales que se derivan del bullying. Además, se comparará el acoso entre los distintos países y como es el acoso escolar en España. También se hará una especial mención al ciberbullying, el acoso a través de la red, porque hoy en día recibe mucha importancia por el avance de las nuevas tecnologías y de las redes sociales. Además, el ciberbullying puede causar mucho más daño que el acoso escolar. También se hará una mención sobre cómo afecta el coronavirus al acoso escolar y sobre las creencias erróneas que tiene la gente sobre el bullying.

The bullying is a theme which has a big social repercussion and, nowadays, a lot of people do not realize the importance of the prevention of scholar harassment. Most people only notice it when a case of harassment gets worse and it finishes in a tragedy for the victim. In addition to this, a lot of people are not notice the consequences which can have this fact and do not know how to act or prevent this type of harassment. In this research, apart from giving an explanation of bullying and his different types, it expects that people learn more about the consequences and measures which we must take for avoiding it. This research will emphasize mainly in the legal consequences which are caused by bullying. In addition, it will compare the harassment in the different countries and how is the situation of scholar harassment in Spain. Moreover, make a special mention of cyberbullying, the harassment across the network, because nowadays it receives a lot of importance by the development of the news technologies and the socials networks. In addition, the cyberbullying can cause a lot of damage than the scholar harassment. Also, the research mentions about the Covid-19 affect the scholar harassment and about the false beliefs which people have about the bullying.
