L'escola rural: passat, present i futur

Abstract

L'escola rural és una institució amb característiques pròpies i estretament lligada al context que l´envolta. Moltes d'aquestes escoles es troben aïllades, amb pocs recursos i veuen el seu futur incert a causa de l'escassa matriculació d'alumnat i la poca gent que viu en les zones en què es situa. De manera que en aquest treball hem volgut conèixer l'evolució històrica d'aquests centres per a així conèixer la seua evolució i els canvis que ha viscut fins a l'actualitat. Per a això ens hem centrat en les diferents lleis que han existit en el sistema educatiu espanyol i la influència que han tingut aquestes en l'evolució de l'escola rural i les seues característiques. Gràcies a això hem conegut una mica més sobre l'escola rural i podem concloure que es tracta d'una institució amb multitud de possibilitats però que veu el seu futur incert per la falta de població i el suport de les institucions.

Rural school is an institution which has its own features and is closely bound to the context which surrounds it. Many of these schools are isolated, with very few resources, so an uncertain future awaits them because of the lack of students´ enrolment and the few people who live in the areas where they are located. That is why we have decided to know the historical development of these centres so that we can find out their evolution and the changes that have experienced up to the present. In order to do this, we have focused on all the laws that have regulated the Spanish education system and their influence in the evolution of rural school and its characteristics. Thanks to this, we have been able to know something else about rural schools and we can conclude that they are institutions with multiple possibilities but with an unsure future due to the lack of population and support of the public institutions.
