Cálculo estructural y estudio del sistema de protecciones contra incendios de un conjunto de naves industriales para planta de atomizado

Abstract

The main purpose carried out by the present project is the structural calculation of the expansion of three industrial buildings for an atomization plant, in addition to its corresponding study of the fire protection system required for its correct execution. This project will be located in the town of Onda, in the province of Castellon, Spain. Specifically, the building will be located on a plot that occupies a total area of 15,400 m2, where all the established urban requirements are met and the development of the activity that it will house is compatible. The proposed expansion will consist of three metal-structured buildings, which will be connected between them and isolated from the existing building. The three buildings will be used to extend an atomization plant as already mentioned, and to carry out storage, production, and distribution of spray-dried pasta in order to meet the needs of the customer and the market. In the first place, the dimensioning, calculation and verification of the structure involved in the project will be carried out by means of an specific software capable of obtaining the desired results with all the guarantees and taking into account all the regulations in force and applicable. This part of the project is particularly subject in accordance with the national Technical Building Code. Secondly, a specific fire protection system will be designed for the whole, considered as a single fire sector, and serving again as a basis, the national standard Technical Building Code, more specifically the document CTE-DB-SI. As the study carried out will affect an industrial establishment, the regulations provided by R.D. 2267/2004 will also be used. It should be noted that all the points described will be carried out not only taking into account the current regulations that affect them but also obeying in the same way and strictly, with all the safety standards required as if it were a real project. Finally, the measurement and final budget of the proposed project will be carried out, as well as the drawing up of the plans for its perfect understanding. At all times, the evolution of the project in terms of what has been mentioned, has been managed as if it were a real case, despite not having been able to develop all the real aspects that it would imply because this project is considered simply a Final Degree Project.

El objetivo principal llevado a cabo por el presente proyecto es el cálculo estructural de la ampliación de tres naves industriales para una planta de atomizado, además de su correspondiente estudio del sistema de protecciones contra incendios requerido para su correcta ejecución. Dicho proyecto estará situado en la localidad de Onda, en la provincia de Castellón, España. Concretamente, la edificación se emplazará en una parcela que ocupa una superficie total de 15.400 m2, donde se cumple con todas las exigencias urbanísticas establecidas y es compatible el desarrollo de la actividad que albergará. La ampliación prevista constará de tres naves de estructura metálica, unidas entre sí y aisladas de la edificación existente. Las tres naves como conjunto servirán para ampliar una planta de atomizado y desarrollar en la misma, las actividades de almacenamiento, producción y distribución de pastas atomizadas con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades del cliente y del mercado. En primer lugar, se realizará el dimensionado, cálculo y comprobación de la estructura que interviene en el proyecto mediante un software específico capaz de obtener los resultados buscados con todas las garantías y contemplando todas las normativas vigentes y de aplicación. Esta parte del proyecto se encuentra particularmente sometida a lo dispuesto en el Código Técnico de la Edificación. En segundo lugar, se diseñará un sistema de protecciones contra incendio específico para el conjunto, considerado como un único sector de incendios, y sirviendo de nuevo de base, el Código Técnico de la Edificación, más concretamente el documento CTE-DB-SI. Como el estudio llevado a cabo afectará a un establecimiento industrial, se hará uso a su vez de la normativa aportada por el Real Decreto 2267/2004. Cabe destacar, que todos los puntos descritos se realizarán no solo teniendo en cuenta la normativa vigente que les afecte sino también obedeciendo del mismo modo y estrictamente, con todos los estándares de seguridad exigidos como si de un proyecto real se tratase. Finalmente, se llevará a la práctica, la medición y el presupuesto final del proyecto propuesto, así como el trazado de los planos del mismo para su perfecta comprensión. En todo momento, la evolución del proyecto en cuanto a lo mencionado se refiere, se ha gestionado como si fuera un caso real, pese a no haber podido desarrollar todos los aspectos verdaderos que éste implicaría por tratarse este proyecto simplemente de un Trabajo Final de Grado.
