| dc.description.abstract | The objective of the following document is to conduct a study on Corporate Social Responsibility and its involvement in Spanish SMEs. To this end, we have focused on its evolution, analysing the historical background of CSR and the current situation, as well as all the benefits that a CSR policy brings to organisations. The existing regulatory framework in this area, as well as the CSR tools and guides for their implementation in SMEs, have also been studied in depth, carrying out a comparative analysis between them. | ca_CA |
