dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo analiza las diferentes formas de abordar España y la Unión Europea el envejecimiento progresivo de la población activa y al mismo tiempo como las empresas conviven con diferentes generaciones sociales que tienen características e intereses asimilados entere sí. De esta forma se muestran una serie de medidas que pueden o no tener efecto en el ámbito laboral y por lo tanto la principal sería el envejecimiento activo del empleo. También tiene por objeto estudiar los tipos de diversidad que destacan en el ámbito de las organizaciones, explicando a su vez las diferencias existentes entre los países. Uno de los tipos de diversidad que más está marcado en la sociedad actual es la diversidad por generaciones de edad, este fenómeno según el cual conviven hasta cuatro generaciones en una empresa, debería ser objeto de gestión para conseguir la atracción y retención de talento del capital humano. Por lo tanto, vamos a analizar los factores más relevantes que provoca el cambio en los próximos años y las consecuencias que hacen que se llegue a ese punto. | ca_CA |
dc.description.abstract | This work deals with the ways of approaching the European Union and Spain, the progressive aging of the active population and at the same time the companies live with different social generations that have similar characteristics and interests. In this way, different measures are show that may or may not have an effect in the workplace and therefore the main measure would be the active aging of employment. It also aims to study the types of diversity that stand out in the field of organizations, explaining in turn the differences between countries. One of the types of diversity that stands out most in society is diversity by age, this phenomenon according to which up to four generations coexist in a company, which should be managed to attract and retain the talent of human capital. Therefore, we analyze the most relevant factors that cause the change in the coming years and the consequences that make it reach that point. | ca_CA |
