In this case study it is shown how a company that follows an innovative model is capable of becoming a leader in the market. An organization without schedules, which follows a flat structure, which works by teams and even has no monetary rewards, capable of developing a kind of dynamic organization where its main objective is people. Irizar is known for the manufacture of luxury buses and coaches, thanks to the comfort and quality shown by its products, it has been awarded several prizes and has
achieved the first place in the transport sector. In this work we will show how the new Human Resources practices are beneficial for companies. As a company that is dedicated to the manufacture of buses, has been able to establish a totally new and different model in the sector, achieving with that the personal satisfaction of all the individuals of an organization and the success of it.
