The influence of servant leadership on the happiness of employees

Abstract

There have been few studies focused on the leadership of services and the happiness of their workers. That is why the main objective of this study is how to influence an organization performing this type of leadership in the employees’ happiness. In order to carry out an investigation of this issue, an analysis of the terms has been carried out in order to collect the largest amount of information available to facilitate the study. Taking advantage of my stay in the practices of the company Centeco, a questionnaire and a subjective happiness scale were carried out in order to identify the leadership implemented by the organization, the happiness of the workers and the relationship between them. At the same time, the main objective was to differentiate the leadership established by the president and those responsible for the department, which a priori seemed to be different. Through the SPSS program, mean graphs, frequency graphs, Pearson's Chi square test and Anova tables have been obtained. On the other hand, the scale has allowed us to obtain tables that show the score obtained by employees.
