Final degree work presented is a marketing plan for the football team C.D. Drac of Castellón.
Initially through the collection of information about the team we have conducted an internal
analysis in which we highlight the increase registered players and the positive economic
state. And an external analysis in which we can see that bid for women's football where the
results achieved they have been very positive, winning two leagues unlike the male that is
uncompetitive and has always remained in the lowest category.
Also a swot analysis that highlights such as not having website in the weaknesses, the
existence of a more attractive offer of competitors in the threats, the club's image on the
strengths and creating women's teams from an early age in opportunities. Then the market is
defined into two segments (players and companies) in which the club establish goals such
as increasing the number of sponsors, greater integration in women's football and increased
competitiveness club, among others. To these the strategies are linked as price leadership
and market penetration.
Finally, they are intended to achieve the objectives set through a total of 12 shares
distributed in product decisions, price, distribution and communication through the planned
timeline, budget and method of control. [-]
